Bay Pump started out with a single boat not much larger than a bath tub. Trailoring it back and forth between San Diego and Mission Bay. It wasn’t (and still isn’t) uncommon for us to spend more money on a pump-out than we make for service to some of our remote areas.
Over the years, word of mouth enabled Bay Pump to take over pump-out services from AWS (our competition in Mission Bay), A Royal Flush (our major competitor in San Diego Bay), and Pacific Bay.
Later on, Bay Pump added services (see Services tab) as our fleet, personnel, and our equipment became state of the art. Our boats are the most reliable in San Diego, each with twin engines helping to ensure that we can do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
We have three operational boats so you will never hear the words “we can’t pump you out because our boat is broken”.
Each boat has two pumps aboard so you will never hear the words “we can’t pump you out because the pump is broken”.
We have two experienced boat operators so you will never hear the words “we can’t pump you out because our driver is sick”.
Our loading capacity of each of our boats exceed those of our competitors by hundreds of gallons.
Our schedule is far more flexible than any others, all marinas in San Diego Bay Monday – Friday and Tuesday & Thursday on Mission Bay.
Our billing is quick and accurate. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at our expense.
